Return Process

  Log into your Voltas account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the appliance in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time for professional pickup from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
